高瓦斯厚煤层综放工作面初采期间瓦斯综合治理技

摘要: 为解决高瓦斯厚煤层综采放顶煤生产期间,特别是开采初期的瓦斯治理难题,在南山煤矿盆底区南翼18-2层二分段底板层综采放顶煤工作面实施综合瓦斯治理过程中,对初采期间高位巷抽采技术进行了研究与改进。结果表明,采取钻孔主动导通、封闭充填防漏、高位钻场接力等瓦斯综合治理技术,提高了瓦斯抽采效果,可以有效解决周期来压瓦斯大量涌出、旧区补给瓦斯、上隅角瓦斯超限等问题,保障了工作面安全回采。

Abstract: To solve gas during the production of thick seam fully mechanized caving coal face, especially the exploitation of the early gas control problem, pelvic floor in nanshan coal mine area south of 18-2 second section bottom layer in the process of the implementation of the comprehensive gas control of fully mechanized top coal caving mining faces, for during the preliminary extraction in the extraction from the high technology was studied and improved results show that take active conduction closed drilling filling the leak relay technology such as high drilling field, improve the effect of the gas extraction, can effectively solve the cycle to the old area of a lot of gas emission supply gas pressure on the corner gas overrun problems, ensuring the safety mining face.
